My favorite part of this week was spending time with these superstars at the NACS Leadership Forum, diving deep into the evolving landscape of convenience stores with C-Suite executives. From digital transformation, loyalty programs, to mastering last-mile delivery providers and online purchasing, the insights gained were invaluable.
In many cases, retailers have acquired and operate under different brands and find themselves navigating how to create a seamless experience with their app and loyalty programs.
C-Store is a hot spot to be, evolving to target GenZ with ads at the pump, expanding with EV and maximizing the captured audience, elevating foodservice, and digital everything.
But when you get down to it, it is still all about the fundamentals: right price pack architecture, promotions that drive traffic inside and conversion, and planograms with the best brands (OREO and Sour Patch Kids 😃).
