Earlier this month, the Railway Supply Institute (RSI) hosted a pivotal Passenger Rail Leadership Summit to address the pressing challenges in the passenger rail supplier sector. Industry leaders focused on stronger advocacy and unified reform efforts, discussing fair contracting practices, managing cost inflation and lifecycle costs, and federal funding and procurement reform. RSI is committed to leveraging its relationships with Congress, FTA, and FRA to push for legislative and regulatory changes, ensuring passenger rail suppliers' voices are heard. This effort is crucial for driving the industry forward and maintaining the U.S. market's viability.

Yellow Ocean Strategy may be a modern leadership-management term which starts from the other Maritime methodologies. To name many , To name a few, these ocean strategies like the Blue & Red, White or Black, Green and Purple Ocean all have their own underlying ground strategies and basic principles in content and context for management discussions and leading purposes.

Drinking #water folks: are you familiar with Capacity Development as a compliance strategy? It makes specific reference to the technical, managerial, and financial (‘TMF’) capacities of a given utility, when benchmarked against regulatory constraints and industry standards. The framework for this approach has been part of USEPA’s strategy for PWS oversight for decades, particularly small systems. It has become a tool for regulators to encourage gap analysis among utility leadership, and is now being proposed as part of the updated #WQAA regs here in New Jersey.
