I have been saving money for the last 10 years but it's still not enough to buy a 6-years used Toyota Hulux 8 pick-up track single-cab 2.4D-D 150HP 4x2 (2018) acceptable for my business in Kenya. Hello Toyota, my name is Ahmed Abbas, an automotive engineer from Iraq. A short while ago, Toyota Iraq Branch published a job titled Logistics Specialist. I applied for it and was interviewed online. A contract was made between us regarding completing the interview system and determining the salary amount. The salary amount was determined at a rate of $1000-$1500. $ If they agree to this rate, the interview system will be completed with me, and I will then be notified of the completion. I will meet the CEO and the administrative director, and I am highly competent in this field. I was surprised when I completed the interviews and was congratulated on my acceptance that the contract was for a monthly amount of $880, even though I had reached their rate. The salary I want, they said in advance, since my first introductory interview, we agree. We will submit this request to the administration. If they agree, we will complete the interviews with you. Therefore, my complaint is: Why did they complete the interviews with me, knowing the amount that I specified from the beginning, and that I refuse to complete the interviews if the offer is less than the agreement is this the amount of credibility Toyota has?

Chairman giving lecture on Toyota production system really😀?? ... In india booking of LC 300 and prado closed ...I mean booking closed in country where this model have high demand. Because of this many peoples are preferring buying other brands models.. if you have higher demand increase your production capacity. Writing this because its chairman job to make decisions and take responsibility.😊

Akio Toyoda's post-financial crisis leadership through Toytoa's recall cases and building and executing the TNGA platform strategy is extraordinary. Akio Toyoda's leadership where he goes to the gemba and shows respect for people is extraordinary. Akio Toyoda's way of leading is worth a study not just for TPS and Lean geeks, but for anyone who has an interest in leading a company to be sucesful.
