For everyone finalizing their company's 2025 goals: encourage all to strive for "3-in-1" goals like the one Betterment takes pride in here. Whether it's 44% more customers buying a house, funding an education, or paying for a much-needed vacation, this is a win/win/win for the company's customers, shareholders and employees alike. Proud to be a Betterment board member. Curious to learn other examples of great "hat trick" goals like this one. Care to share? #2025Goals #GoalSetting #KPIs

Ciao! Thank You and Congrats to our CAST 🇮🇹 team under the leadership of Massimo Crubellati to another year of overachievement in the continued build and leading the Software Intelligence “revolution” collaborating with Italian organizations in the adoption of a “map” and deriving “intelligence “ into the inner workings of their software. Notable testimonials include: • CRIF: A global company specializing in credit bureau and business information, CRIF utilized CAST’s solutions to effectively manage their application portfolio. This partnership enabled CRIF to gain comprehensive insights into their software assets, facilitating informed decision-making and streamlined operations. • INAIL: The Italian National Institute for Insurance against Accidents at Work (INAIL) partnered with CAST to transform its complex application portfolio. Through this collaboration, INAIL enhanced the efficiency and security of its software systems, supporting its mission to provide comprehensive insurance services. These examples highlight how Italian organizations have successfully integrated CAST’s Software Intelligence solutions to optimize their software ecosystems, demonstrating the value and impact of CAST’s offerings in the Italian market.

This year, we’ve got two new commercial launches lined up❗and events across another three countries (stay tuned). Major thank you to all of our partners so far SWAROVSKI Foundation, MIT Solve, HP Inc., Halcyon, Re-Earth Initiative, UNICEF Innovation, Trust for Governors Island, Newlab, For ClimateTech, Wild Gift, Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corporation, Reckitt, and 776 Foundation, and to everyone who’s been along for the ride these past two years. When Your Company Strikes Gold and You Get... Pizza? 🍕💰 Alright, gather 'round for a tale of two companies! Company A (let's call them "Dough-verload Inc.") just had a record-breaking quarter. The CEO's grinning like he won the lottery, and the shareholders are doing backflips. So how do they thank their hardworking team? drumroll With a pizza party! 🎉 Now, don't get me wrong. I love a good slice as much as the next person. But when the company's swimming in cash, and you're drowning in pepperoni, something doesn't quite add up! 🤔 Meanwhile, in the land of "We Actually Appreciate Our Employees": 1. Google once surprised their staff with $1000 cash bonuses and 10% raises across the board. Talk about a "Google search" worth doing! 💻💰 2. Airbnb gives employees an annual $2000 travel stipend. "Sorry, can't come to the meeting, I'm busy appreciating my job from a beach in Bali." 🏖️ 3. Tesla has been known to reward top performers with actual Tesla cars. I guess "employee of the month" parking spot just doesn't cut it anymore! 🚗 4. Amazon offers to pay 95% of tuition for employees to train for in-demand jobs. Because nothing says "thanks" like investing in someone's future (and potentially creating your own competition). 📚 5. Twitter (pre-Elon era) once gifted custom-made Tiffany & Co. glass bird ornaments to all employees. Because nothing says "we value you" like breakable tchotchkes, right? 🐦 As the great Richard Branson once said, "Clients do not come first. Employees come first. If you take care of your employees, they will take care of the clients." Now, I'm not saying we all need to start handing out luxury cars (though I wouldn't complain). But maybe, just maybe, when the company hits the jackpot, the celebration could involve more than just extra cheese. So, what's your take? Are you team "pizza party" or team "thanks-a-million"? THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT! 🙏🏾 The messages, calls, and connections this week have been incredible! Thank you to everyone who reached out - You're on this TwentyFourTen journey with me! What's the context? Events have been my window into how businesses think about developing solutions and finding customers for them. But I was always aware of something crucial: events are just one part of a bigger picture. Before thinking about the booth size and speaking slots, it's about deeply understanding: - Who needs your solution - Why they need it - Having the messaging that resonates when it matters The more curiosity I had around my sponsor's customers, the better their event experience became. So why stop at events? This has been the thing that biotech companies and founders in general, wanted to 'pick my brains' on. If you need help: 💡 Identifying your ideal customers 💡 Crafting a compelling value proposition 💡 Building (and sticking to) an effective outbound sales strategy and messaging 💡 Creating content that actually drives sales Ask me for practical, actionable plans - no theoretical stuff that gather dust. I want to turn things into results ASAP. If you think I can help you, DM me or book a call. Mike p.s. The company name isn't that cryptic. My sons are both born on 24th October! They're not twins, they just decided on that date, four years apart. So this is my way of never forgetting their birthday 😂

Thank you Talal Al Murad. What an apt example of 'corporate thuggery, toxic mindsets and a paralyzed workforce; sadly prevalent across many businesses and entities. This visual highlights the urgent need for a shift in corporate culture to foster healthier, more productive environments. It is imperative that educational institutions take note and incorporate these lessons into their curricula, preparing students not just with academic knowledge, but with the resilience and ethical grounding to transform future workplaces. 👠 #essentialskills #peoplematter #authenticleadership

Thank you all for your valuable feedback and queries on my below post. 🙏 In furtherance to the below post, I want to address a particularly insightful query received from a colleague regarding the implementation of the PEPS ratio on for a large number of companies, say 1000. It is practically very challenging to calculate this ratio for all of them. Is there a solution to this problem? 🤔 Yes, there is! I'd like to introduce you to an application called "Screener", which fully automates this process. By adding a formula in Screener, you can automatically calculate any ratio for any company. For the PEPS ratio, you can use the following formula in Screener: (Current Price - Book Value) / EPS This will enable you to easily calculate the PEPS ratio for any company. Additionally, you can compare PEPS ratios for different companies in the Peer section of the application. 📊 Here’s the link to the application: www.screener.in 🔗 Please do share your experiences with using this application. Also, queries and suggestions are most welcomed. 💬 Note: This post is not a promotion for any application. It is only based on my practical experiments and analysis. ✅
