One of the projects I have especially enjoyed working on at Vidir (and for other organizations) has been the creation of Values branding and strategy. Finding out what values the company already operates by and then creating memorable structure around those values. Values shouldn’t just be words you sometimes reference in company literature. They should be memorable, actionable, and integrated into all you do.

Really important and continuing conversation regarding the impact of unrestricted funding being carried out in this series of reports. Unrestricted funding is not just crucial for the survival of organisations in the social sector but also for our ability - as funders - to live up to our own missions and deliver change as quickly as we can.
