Olga Dobrilko and Alon Bublil have created something here at NoTraffic that no one else does in the traffic industry: an on-demand, calibrated (important!) micro-simulation tool that allows scenario planning and traffic analysis using high-fidelity data. this tool allows our teams to simulate real world and potential events (special events, closures, etc.) and work with our optimization customers to discuss impacts and strategies before they happen. i truly think this is a game changer in the industry. in past lives, when implementing a new system, we would "turn it on and see what happens," which inconveniences and frustrates the traveling public. by leveraging the #digitaltwin models built by the SUMO software, we are improving the travel experience with our optimization module.

🙋♂️ To conclude IBTTA's Global Road Safety Week, we would like to show an example of how ROADIS, as an industry, is constantly looking for new ideas to innovate and contribute even more to the safety of users. 🚧🚨📲 This project was implemented in 2022 by the Concessionaire of the A-4 in Madrid. It involves automating a process of warning highway users through the popular navigation portal Waze. Every time the signalling arrows of a highway maintenance vehicle are raised, a notification automatically appears in the application indicating, in real-time, where the highway vehicle is stopped so that the user can drive with special caution. 💡 This is a success story for ROADIS as a project developed in one of the company's concessions through our #innovation funnel.
