There is way too much aggression from the passengers here. I wonder what makes them so. They seem to be educated and reasonably aware of how things work - surely they understand why such delays happen and the role of these airline employees. These two Indigo employees do not deserve such bad behavior and should not be forced to grin and bear it. We need mechanisms that prevent travelers from behaving this way—airport security should intervene. Airports may need more security personnel at the gates and should be trained to intervene in such cases. I do not agree at all with Vikrant Singh here. There is little that AIRLINE management can do to solve this. This is the responsibility of AIRPORT management.

IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd) Airlines has recently come under fire for its subpar services, with repeated flight delays causing immense inconvenience to passengers. Unfortunately, it’s the front-line crew who bear the brunt of this frustration, listening to complaints and trying to remain calm in the face of overwhelming stress. Despite their professionalism, the root of the problem lies with the upper management, whose poor leadership and lack of accountability have forced front staff to deal with issues beyond their control. This situation reflects a common reality in the service world, where those in power often escape responsibility, while the ground staff handle the consequences. Hats off to these girls who, despite the chaos, manage to stay composed and professional, representing the true spirit of customer service amidst turmoil.
