“If financial inclusion is to be achieved, financial literacy has to be addressed first.” Pahle India Foundation (PIF)'s recent report titled ‘Assessment of Financial Literacy Centres Haryana and Sikkim’, assesses the efficiency of #FinancialLiteracy Centres in #Sikkim and #Haryana. The study provides important insights into the access to #FinancialLiteracy tools in these regions along with measuring the financial understanding through the scores for disaggregated indicators. The Bankers’ Institute of Rural Development (BIRD), Lucknow is one of the foremost centers of training, education, and research in South and South East Asia. The BIRD has been promoted by the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD). The Centre for Research on Financial Inclusion and Microfinance (CRFIM), set up within BIRD, conducts research activities in the field of financial inclusion and microfinance to facilitate policy initiatives and improvements in design and delivery system in the sectors. The noble character of the community will form and give birth to the best leaders who can carry out various goodness in the preparation, implementation and improvement in the implementation of the program.
