The trend of women seeking adventure and traveling solo is growing rapidly. Women make up 57 percent of travelers who book through global travel companies, according to the Adventure Travel Trade Association. The global adventure tourism industry is expanding quickly, and women play a significant role in this growth. They fearlessly explore alone and reach great heights. "We see many travelers in their 40s and 50s prioritizing adventure travel for themselves," says Allison Fleece, co-founder of WHOA travel (Women High on Adventure ). Older women, classified as over 65, have seen the greatest recent increase in solo travel, rising from 4 percent in 2019 to 18 percent in 2022. One reason why more women choose adventure travel is that it allows them to break away from traditional gender roles and expectations. They can challenge themselves physically and mentally, pushing beyond their comfort zones and proving their limitless capabilities. #WomenInAdventure #AdventureTourism #womentravellers #Advensure #OnlineBookingPlatform #SoftwareCompany #ToursAndActivities #OnlineBookingManagement #TourOperators #outboundtravel #travelinsights #travelindustry #bookingsoftware #bookingengine #womentouroperators #womensupportingwomen #solotravellers

People – Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion -1 Travel, tourism, and hospitality are the ultimate people businesses. Travelers, their advisors, and their adventure providers, the local communities they visit, and all the great people they meet on their journeys want to be respected for who they are. We all want our needs, desires, and opinions to be taken into account. Just like the freedom to travel, this is another essential human right. The right to equal treatment is not only the law, but also at the heart of any dignified mutual relationship, be it personal or business. The law merely strengthens this psycho-emotional truth. The same goes for diversity. Beyond recognizing everyone’s right to be different, appreciating diversity means that our journeys will be more meaningful and fulfilling. By actively supporting each person’s individual uniqueness we can savour more of the colour and diversity of our world. Equality, diversity, and inclusion not only elevate our travel but are also pretty marvellous qualities to integrate into our personal lives. If we follow through on this recognition with inclusive actions, then we change our travel experiences, our lives, and the world. Providing inclusive and accessible travel is a professional necessity and a vital social requisite. #SustainableTravel #communitybasedtourism #Diversity #RegenerativeTourism #CommunityEmpowerment #travelIndustry #SocialImpact #LinkedInPost #travelandtourism #mokshastories
