In the work we do in schools, systems, and communities to support people to understand and embrace restorative practices, we are often asked what is restorative justice? What is accountability? We often respond with "there is no one definition." This video is a panel of people involved with criminal systems-involved youth in Minnesota discussing the power of restorative justice and/or practices. Despite there being no one shared definition, each of these people talks about relationship, community, and healing. Check it out!
