A ton of companies are offering prospects gift cards if they book a demo. But does that actually work? We tested it. We offered prospects different denominations - some were offered a $50 incentive, some a $100 incentive, and some a $105 incentive. The results were suprising. Offering any gift card to prospects, regardless of how much they were worth, improved lead quality significantly. Cost-per-lead went down by a whopping 81%. Incentives more than doubled response rates. And most importantly: incentives boosted LinkedIn form submissions by an average of 118%. We saw this positive effect across the board. It didn't matter whether we offered $50 or $100. So, if you're not already offering incentives to prospects who book demos, it's time to hop on the bandwagon. In our experience, it's a good strategy that delivers real results.

Save yourself from spending 13+ minutes following up after all your sales calls with this post-call email template. Or, worse, not sending anything after your sales calls at all... 🤦♂️ Being in sales is getting harder by the day, especially over the past 1-2 years. Budgets are too tight, and products/services are too competitive. And most likely you're not the only one that your prospects are talking to. Simply put – You need to stand out. And you need to follow up after your sales calls. It's just part of the game. So, to make it easy – I've created an easy post-call email template and use it for every sales call with a next step: 1️⃣ Subject: 3 to 5 words: Follow up - {{2-3 words on topic discussed}} ie "Follow up - Pay-Per-Qualified-Meeting Lead Gen" 2️⃣ Simply thank them for their time. Enough said. ie "Hi {{first_name}}, thanks for your time today." 3️⃣ Recap the topics discussed so you can show them that you understand their situation and how you might be able to help. PS – Last dash is optional. Mention pricing mentioned, a gift card/item promised, etc here. ie "As discussed, you can expect: - to alleviate your lack of outbound-generated lead flow - 5-15 pre-qualified sales meetings per month based on your use case - $A-$B set up + $X-$Y per qualified meeting, fully guaranteed" 4️⃣ If your company records meetings with tools like Fireflies.ai or Gong, share it with your prospects in case they want to rewatch it or share it with their colleagues. ie "Meeting record: {{meeting recording link}}" 5️⃣ Show your prospect that you're there for them. And address anything they need from you so you can increase the likelihood of them showing up to the next call. ie "Let me know if you have any questions or concerns. Talk to you Monday." Try it out, Spencer P #emailtemplate #spencersellstech

Copywriter | Email Marketing Specialist | Helping health and wellness brands make more $$$ through educational copy that converts
One email campaign that often gets overlooked (outside of the holidays)...? Special occasion promos! An email marketing client with an e-commerce brand wanted to do a promo to celebrate the founder's birthday (she's the face of the brand). We offered 30% off over the span of 2 emails. She made $26,734 🤯 with a medium-sized email list (~13,000 opens per email) Needless to say, she was very stoked with her bday gift...and so are her customers. You don't have to wait for a birthday or the holidays, say your brand makes bee products so you promote on "National Bee Day"...you catch my drift? You also don't need to give such a big discount (or any discount at all). People love any excuse to celebrate – so let's give them one!

🚫 Stop DMing me on LinkedIn! No, I don't want a Starbucks gift card to Zoom with you. Everyone hates these copy-paste messages in your LinkedIn inbox from random people trying to get you to chat about their service. I get hundreds and almost never respond (My responses are not "warm"). The messages aren't the problem. The real problems here are ones that companies are trying to solve when they message you, but they are terrible at it. Get to the point! Tell me how you can help me: 1. Increase Productivity: Reach more clients which increases revenue and allows me to hire more incredible people. 2. Improve QUALITY: Make my CX better which reduces failure and also lowers cost while delighting my customers so they refer new business. 3. Enhance Image: Build awareness that I create value in order to become a trusted advisor to my clients so that I can support them as a Partner with my products and services to solidify a long-term relationship. I’ve never tried to sell anything that did not genuinely focus on solving real needs for my clients. That's how we operate at @Mpowersourcing, focusing on lead generation, digital marketing, and more, but that's not the point here. If you need help: Getting more clients, improving your online presence, or finding out how to make your clients happier with your service, schedule time with me and maybe I can help. #LeadGeneration #DigitalMarketing #BPO #solutionselling

Companies like Champify or ZoomInfo don't want you to know this Sales Navigator tip... It's no secret that ➡️ past customers that move companies = new pipeline. So, here's a tip that's worked well for me... 1️⃣ Load your key customers into Sales Navigator lead lists (it takes a few hours, but well worth the effort). 2️⃣ Monitor the "Job Changes" tab every few weeks (I set a calendar reminder). 3️⃣ When a contact changes companies, send a version of this message: "{First_Name}, congratulations on the new role. Enjoyed working with you back at {Past_Company}. Do you foresee there being a need for our product over at {New_Company} in the next 3 - 6 months? Either way, let's keep in touch!". If the contact is promoted, you can say something along the lines: "{First_Name}, nice work on the promotion. Going from {Previous_Title} to {New_Title} is no easy feat. When the time is right, I'd love to reconnect over coffee and talk about your upcoming needs." Better yet, send them a handwritten letter in the mail with a Starbucks gift card, or a gift from Amazon with a unique message. Have some fun with it. Onward and upwards 💪🏼 #salestip

HubSpot confirmed it. Wanna know the REAL secret to increasing sales? Wear pants more often. Don’t get me wrong - making sales calls from the comfort of your lawn chair is phenomenal. But by working fully remote you’re missing out on: •Immediate feedback •On-demand help from your leadership •Hearing the way your top performers sell •Meetings where your boss makes you watch that scene from Glengarry Glen Ross where Alec Baldwin goes on a tear, only to use it as an opening to announce an in-office sales contest where the winner gets a $50 gift card to Outback Steakhouse. (That last one is a joke by the way - but unfortunately it is not made up.) Stopping by the office every now and again is good for you. Don’t believe me? Would you believe the former Head of Enterprise Sales at Meta? How about a revenue leader who’s led 4 different companies to successful exits? Or maybe the recent data from HubSpot proving that hybrid is 28% more efficient than remote? Get dressed, remind yourself how to make friends IRL and listen to the newest episode of Revenue Rebels with Vince Beese. And maybe that $50 gift card will finally be yours. Kidding.
