Passionate about releasing people potential at all levels. Helping new managers, develop and experienced managers to build high performing teams. Love to work with teams and team members in personal development.
We don't hear much these days about 'on the job, training and yet it is so important. When we expect our team members to pass on their skills to new starters it's neither appropriate nor effective to use the 'sitting with Nellie' approach instead of providing 'on the job' trainer skills training. It has been my privilege to train and assess 'on the job' trainers in numerous organisations including training for Vopak International, Warburtons, Highways Industry, Tetley Tea, Serco International, Tradebe, and presently Berkshire Labels. This training supports, quality, safety, compliance and motivation. Give it a go. #training #trainthetrainer #skillstraining #quality #safety #compliance #motivation #sydsaid

Prioritizing Safety: JESA's Life-Saving Rules Capsules At JESA, safety is more than a priority—it's a core value integrated in everything we do. We are committed to fostering a culture of safety, ensuring the protection of our entire ecosystem. Last year, we took our dedication to safety to new heights with the launch of NEFS (No Exception For Safety), JESA’s own HSE brand. NEFS embodies our belief that everyone deserves to return home safely at the end of the day. Today, we would like to reintroduce an important HSE initiative: Life-Saving Rules videos (or capsules), designed to educate and empower our workforce on essential safety practices. We believe that safety is a collective responsibility, and by equipping our teams & ecosystem with the knowledge and tools they need to stay safe, we're taking proactive steps to prevent accidents and protect lives. Every week we will share a Life Saving Rule capsule that covers a critical topic that can make all the difference in ensuring a safe working environment. Stay tuned as we continue to prioritize safety in all that we do! #JESA #SafetyFirst #NEFS #LifeSavingRules #HSE

On July 25th, I attended a Fire Fighter Training Awareness in Unilever Oleochemical Indonesia Indeed, fire awareness training is something highly valuable and essential for everyone. Understanding the concept of fire, how to handle it properly in fire-related situations, and being aware of the regulations governing health and safety at work related to fire are skills that can save lives and protect property.

Today, I had the pleasure of attending the Hazard Effect Management Process (HEMP) & Bowtie training. The session was expertly led by Mr. Hanifa Bin Mokhtar, one of the pioneers of HEMP in SHELL Malaysia. The Bowtie method is a powerful tool for managing causes and consequences effectively. By using Bowtie, we can clearly define and implement control measures and recovery strategies without confusion. Ultimately, the main goal is to reduce risk, ensuring a safer and more efficient workplace.
