While the #TREWcrew wasn't at INBOUND physically this year, we were there in spirit! And we've been keeping up with all the latest announcements and product updates. What have we learned? ...or in some cases reaffirmed. The old growth formula is broken. Search, social, and customer channels have fundamentally changed resulting in fewer website visitors, and in turn, new qualified inbound leads. This isn't anything new to us. We've been seeing this happen across the board to our own website and the clients we work with. It's why we've been encouraging a multichannel approach for the better part of this year. We are also in the midst of the AI revolution, which was the core of many of the product updates that HubSpot announced this week.
