Here are some tips to help you boost your mood and well-being: 1) Do something you’re good at to build self-confidence, then tackle a tougher task. 2) Experiment with a new recipe, write a poem, paint or try something creative. 3) Show some love to someone in your life. Close, quality relationships are key for a happy, healthy life. 4) Practice gratitude. Remind yourself daily of things you are grateful for. Be specific. Write them down at night and read them throughout the week.
