7moIt is absolutely correct that a safe and inclusive workplace brings great economic value to companies that provide them. Daniel Aronson's new book, "The Value of Values", published by The MIT Press is based on his 30 years in the sustainability field, helping companies calculate the real economic impact of their ESG activities. It is a valuable guide for finding that value and convincing leadership of the real positive ROI from such programs.
