Preservation Massachusetts recently awarded our Fabrica Lofts project team a Paul & Niki Tsongas Award for transforming a portion of the #historic Marriner Mill building in City of Lawrence, Massachusetts into 87 units of mixed-income rental housing. During 2022 and 2023, the design and construction team worked painstakingly to bring this building back to life, preserving its architectural features and creating much-needed #affordablehousing for this thriving Gateway City. Fábrica Lofts includes: - 17 units for those earning at or below 30% of the Area Median Income (AMI) - 49 units for those earning at or below 60% of AMI - 23 Workforce units for those earning up to 80% of AMI A huge thank you to Preservation Massachusetts for this incredible recognition.
