The first implantation of the Nexus Duo™ Aortic Arch Stent Graft System in Malta.
A collaboration between Prohealth, Artivion, Inc. and the Endovascular Team at Mater Dei Hospital, has resulted in the first implantation of the Nexus Duo™ Aortic Arch Stent Graft System in Malta. Built on the Nexus™ Aortic Arch Technology developed by Endospan Ltd. the innovative stent graft system is a custom-made device intended for the endovascular repair of an Aortic Arch Aneurysm (AAA). Allowing a flexible approach to the aortic arch, Nexus™ Duo is designed to mitigate stroke risk in a double branch configuration. A huge WELL DONE to all the clinicians involved in this case.
