Today we're taking an old concrete pool deck and recoating it using a Westcoat 1110 product Takes an old beat down looking concrete. Jacking can really transform it into something beautiful. One of the great things about the West Co product is there's no downtime with the pool. We come in, we power wash, we put down a primer layer, then we put down the top coat with the aggregate. It's 1-2 days Max to finish a 3000 square foot pool. O this West Coast system not only brings a much more refreshed, bright look to the pool, it also brings major safety features that are important in active adult community. With the aggregate it contains in it, when it's wet, it doesn't tend to slip nearly as much and provides that extra grip needed. If you have a dated looking pool deck at any of your communities, you're going to really want to bring a product like this in to provide. That extra safety as well as bringing that upgraded look to the community, I think the final outcome at this pool turned out amazing. We've received numerous compliments from both residents as well as the staff here.

Planned preventative maintenance stands as a crucial program for asset owners, whether they're private portfolio managers or municipal councils. The upkeep of infrastructure mirrors the care of any valuable asset, enhancing its value and lifespan. Car parks serve as vital civic structures supporting local economies, facilitating access to destinations, and fulfilling a functional need. Employing suitable systems and technology in their design and maintenance is paramount for these heavily utilized yet often undervalued assets, emphasis on this we expect from the upcoming Car Parks 2024 trade show in London. An exemplary instance is the Green Street Car Park in Jersey, where our Hydrogel systems were applied to existing concrete. The Government of Jersey mandated the use of spray-applied penetrating hydrogel to regulate chloride levels, combat corrosion, and prolong the infrastructure's service life while reducing ongoing maintenance costs.
