💚 Proud to Support Macmillan Cancer Support 💚 At Glencar, we’re always looking for meaningful ways to give back to the communities we work in. As part of our social value commitment at LHR21 in Ealing, we reached out to local residents to see how we could make a difference. Their chosen charity? Macmillan Cancer Support. Through The Glencar Foundation, we were honoured to donate 62 VIP tickets to incredible shows at The O2 Arena—including Disney on Ice, Strictly Come Dancing Live, and Peter Kay—to support the amazing Macmillan team. 🎟️ 30 Macmillan professionals enjoyed a well-deserved night out 🎟️ £5,500 raised through a ticket raffle for Macmillan’s vital cancer support services Supporting charities like Macmillan, who provide life-changing care, is exactly what The Glencar Foundation is all about. A huge thank you to the local residents who helped us make this happen—together, we’re making a real impact. It was fantastic to mark the official start of our latest project at Grandidges Quay, Birkenhead, with a groundbreaking event alongside key stakeholders from Peel Ports Group, Finsa UK and Cara Group. This 158,904 sq ft quayside warehouse and timber-framed office will play a key role in supporting Finsa’s UK operations, reinforcing their ambitious growth plans. We’re proud to have completed a 62,413 sq. ft industrial and logistics unit at Worcester Six Business Park for our long-standing client, Stoford Developments Ltd, and national food service provider, Bidfood UK. This state-of-the-art facility marks Bidfood’s first depot in the region, enhancing its nationwide distribution network. Featuring a cold store and specialist fit-out, the project was delivered on time and on budget, reinforcing Worcester Six as a key logistics hub in the Midlands.
