1moGood to see Truist invest in the future with interns. I remember 10 years ago when the fast climbing Allison Dukes was against the time & financial investment of an internship program, since she said only 50% returned to SunTrust. So for years we lacked an internship program. In our wealth team gathering on the 12th floor I argued that as the leading financial firm in Atlanta that we owed it ourselves to plant the seeds of the future to benefit directly and set the regional industry standards for young aspiring financial professionals to be groomed, and thus the businesses and citizens of Atlanta to benefit. Good to see common sense, caring & good stewardship finally prevailed over shortsightedness after several years of lost talent development & financial career development opportunities for the community & region. Congrats, enjoy and soar while helping others do the same !!!!
