We are thrilled to share our recent publication in the European Management Review. We explore the trade-off between internal/external CSR practices in family firms. The name of the family firm and the credibility of the CSR context can change the intensity of such trade-offs. https://lnkd.in/dEjif7TZ

We use operating profit margin as a key indicator to measure customer satisfaction, effectiveness of management and efficiency of operations. We encourage companies to plan for an operating profit margin of 12 percent and settle for anything above 10 percent as an initial goal. If you're in the high-profit margin group, congratulations! You are setting a great example for the industry. Hopefully, your example helps eliminate some of the foolish pricing that exists in the industry. If you are in the low-profit margin group, do you want that situation to change? Read on for Greg's checklist to getting to a higher profit margin. #profitmargin #lifemargin #benchmarking #greenindustry Landscape Management Thanks again to the 2023 Benchmark Sponsors: Aspire Software, Ewing Outdoor Supply, Unlimited Labor Solutions, Weathermatic

Corporate Responsibility Branding. My article on Corporate Responsibility Branding (CRB) has been updated and translated to English. It’s both sort of a literature review of theory on sustainability communication and reporting as well as an article presenting new communication tools and models that is useful to analyse responsibility and develop strategies for improved communication and branding on sustainability/ESG.
