Construction is underway at the 12.4-acre former CoorsTek industrial site in Golden, which is being reimagined by AC Development as a new mixed-use development, Clayworks. The current demolition is making way for CoorsTek, Inc.'s highly sustainable new 180,000 SF global corporate headquarters. Portions of the historic buildings will be adaptively reused. Looks like a great project! I would like to get some aerial footage of this project. Feel free to DM me.
Sad to see the old building go, but always nice to see things moving forward. Happy to say I actually worked in this building for 10 months.
This is an incredibly important project for Golden's future. We're proud to be a part of it with you, Tryba Architects!
