BuzzTheory Senior Partner Khali Henderson explains in Cloud Girls’ panel on advancing your career as a woman in tech, that developing your personal brand outside your organization in the channel involves two overarching steps: 1. Joining an industry association or organization - for example, you could join Cloud Girls or the Alliance of Channel Women to increase visibility beyond your employer through volunteering, networking and even earn speaking opportunities at channel events. 2.
