It only took me a week to hire my latest team member. He didn’t have a ton of work experience but demonstrated his skills, work ethic and mentality through his outreach to me and how he handled himself in interviews. It doesn’t take long to hire good talent. If you see potential, be purposeful and make an effort to hire in a timely manner.
