Our journey then took us to Spain 🇪🇸 for Retail Forum Madrid, where our exceptional Spanish team engaged with numerous retailers. Our Country Manager, Damián Blanco, led a captivating roundtable discussion on cutting-edge Drive to Store strategies alongside industry giants like Brico Depôt, Mediamarkt, Toys R Us, and Prénatal.
To cap off the month on a high note, I had the privilege of attending the Retail Innovations 19 Conference hosted by Kiki Lab. The event was brimming with insights 💡 , including Carrefour's innovative integration of customer service with Chat GTP and Powy's emphasis on introducing new services tailored to various retail formats.
