I was ready to kick start my competition prep, but things didn't go as smoothly as I'd hoped. And that's just it, not everything always goes according to plan. Some days, you're riding high, crushing your workouts with ease. Other days, it's a struggle just to get started. But here's the thing: regardless of the ups and downs, all you need to do is give it your best shot every time. Your best effort might look different from one day to the next, and that's okay.
