🎧 𝗖𝗮𝗻 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁? 🔍 The production process of metallic soaps relies on achieving the perfect particle size distribution, which is essential for quality. Quality control measures involve sample testing during production, but this is only done one to two times per shift, leading to a delayed understanding of the process. As a result, operators often find themselves relying heavily on their experience to manage critical steps without real-time feedback, essentially "flying blind." 💡 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: To address this challenge, we recently introduced a 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹-𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 based on the 𝗮𝗶𝘅𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗠 𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 at our customers' plant. This system continuously tracks product quality by providing minute-by-minute updates on the solid material's d50 value, ensuring minimal waste and optimising process efficiency. 🔬 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀: A simple, cost-effective 𝗮𝗰𝗼𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗿 is welded externally onto the duct, collecting sound data. This data is combined with existing process information. Through 𝗺𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, the software translates it into an accurate, up-to-the-minute d50 value. In other words, the system "listens" to the process and outputs the particle size distribution in real-time. 🔧 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀: ▪️ Precise quality monitoring within a 𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗳 𝗺𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝗻, validated by lab measurements. ▪️ Non-invasive and easy to install on existing equipment. ▪️ No direct contact with the solids material, ensuring no contamination. ▪️ Low maintenance is required. 🌍 𝗦𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗱𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲: This system is not just a one-size-fits-all solution. It's designed to be adaptable and scalable, tailored to your specific needs and processes.
