🐾 I’m now a dog dad! 🐾 I’m so excited to share that we’ve added a new furry friend to our family! Meet Bleu! Having him is a blast, and though I missed National Take Your Dog to Work Day; I realized having Bleu has taught me a few lessons over the past few weeks I couldn’t help but notice are similar to those in recruiting like myself. 1. Patience is Key: Just like training him, finding the right candidate takes time. It’s all about being patient and consistent. 2. Trust Building: Building trust with Bleu is essential, and it’s the same with candidates. Creating a supportive and welcoming environment makes all the difference. 3. Go with the Flow: Just like Bleu, the recruiting process are full of surprises. Being flexible and ready for anything can lead to great outcomes. 4. Celebrate the Wins: Every little success with my Bleu feels like a big deal, just like every successful hire does! Here’s to new adventures, whether they involve wagging tails or awesome new team members! 🐶✨
