Questions to ask ourselves as we enter the last #quarter of the year. Good by #august welcome #september . Happy new month #linkdinfamily . It is a new month and the start of a new and last quarter of the year. As we start this quarter I would like you to reflect on this questions! This questions are not for you to feel bad but to reflect on the different activities you carried out, to evaluate how far you have come and to determine your next steps. 1) What are we proud of and who did we impact? What are the different things we are happy we did, the things we achieved who did we help and who helped us back? This question is for you to reflect on your little wins 2) What did we learn? It maybe a new skill or technology or a concept! 3) what mistakes did we make and what did we learn from them? 4) what were my fears and how can we solve this fears And most importantly 5) What next? It is important for us to self reflect, celebrate our wins and learn from our mistakes. With this have a happy weekend.

Just finished booking my final travel details for Spryng by Wynter 😀 Living in the LA area I've gone to a variety of local events...but this is the first time I've ever been motivated to travel to a conference. A big part of it is that we've launched a new digital product (our positioning strategy app SmokeLadder(.com)) and I want to invest in improving my own skills and understanding around things like product-led growth. But what really sold me on going to Spryng specifically is their own positioning. Yes they'll have amazing speakers who I know I'll learn a lot from... But their primary focus is on bringing people together and the relationship building side of things. I remember seeing the highlights from it last year with so many of the folks that I know via LinkedIn but have never met in person. My exact thought was "I need to go to this next year!" As a small business it's a big investment to take time out to do a trip like this but I'm super pumped about it – and I know it will be well worth it. I've also never been to Austin which has been on my must-visit list for years. Cheers to Peep Laja for creating a cool event that I knew I wanted to experience in person.
