What Our Clients are Saying
We recently carried out work for IT Naturally | B Corp | MSP - a fantastic Managed Service Provider (MSP) that won the Employer of the Year at the Growing Business Awards 2023! Check them out if you are in need of any IT support.
After we carried out the work for IT Naturally, we contacted them to be sure we were achieving above and beyond the SLA.
We naturally always check that everything was in order - collection was on time, drivers were polite etc. And IT Naturally gave a special mention to one of our drivers - Tom - saying he was, “excellent onsite”. Great work, Tom!
We asked if they would use our service again (a good natural indicator of our performance) to which they said, “Yes, definitely, perhaps even quite soon!”
We also went on to ask what they appreciated most about our service:
“Very quick, easy to organise and covered all our requirements; this fitted the company’s needs brilliantly.”
So, thank you to IT Naturally for the great feedback and we look forward to working together in the future!

Proud to have our colleague Dr. Klaus Hufschlag, Senior Vice President at DHL Group and EFRAG Sustainability Reporting Technical Expert Group member, on the panel of the event themed "PARTNERING COMPLIANCE AND COMPETITIVENESS IN THE EU – IS IT POSSIBLE?" jointly hosted by #CLECAT and #ESC on November 16, at Stanhope Hotel Brussels.
A key session of the conference was dedicated to the new sustainability reporting requirements and their impact on businesses, addressing associated risks and limits. Dr. Klaus Hufschlag took center stage and highlighted the transformative effects of new reporting requirements, emphasizing the need for companies to adapt their systems and to collaborate with supply chain partners to meet these new obligations. He highlighted that companies, both large and progressively smaller, face a paradigm shift in their systems to generate the requisite data for compliance. Challenges like data scarcity and undue burdens on SMEs limit the successful implementation of the new sustainability reporting standards:
“Now, companies need to focus on a careful materiality assessment to find the right balance of disclosure requirements. At #efrag, we should be able to leverage insights from the initial reporting cycle. In line with President von der Leyen's commitment to reduce administrative burdens for European companies by 25%, the two-year postponement of the adoption of sector-specific standards provides a strategic window for us to develop and specify relevant sector disclosures, which would serve as a tool or template for the companies operating in the respective sectors.”
The expert panel moderated by Famke Schaap (Partner Hyacint Consult) featured distinguished speakers such as Tom Dodd (Leader Sustainability Reporting, DG FISMA), Chiara Del Prete (Chairwoman of the Sustainability Reporting Technical Expert Group, EFRAG), Jimena Canda (Dow) and David de Picciotto (CEO & Co-Founder, Pledge). The conference highlighted the imperative for a collaborative industry effort to navigate sustainability reporting complexities, drawing on diverse stakeholder insights for a more sustainable and compliant future within and beyond the European Union.

The closing ceremony for the third edition of #SMEenterPRIZE, which took place last Tuesday in Brussels, recognized 10 Sustainability Heroes among over 7,000 small and medium-sized businesses. Given our extensive network and profile as Europe's largest insurer, we brought the awards at the heart of European policymaking.
In the previous three years, SMEs have participated in the heroes' selection process in large numbers, regardless of size, industry, or service model. Such participation is a great sign for us: as a lifetime partner to SMEs across Europe, protecting their businesses and their long-term health also means protecting our own. And #sustainability is essential to this approach.
In addition, we presented the white paper developed with SDA Bocconi. There are two main takeaways from this paper. Firstly, even facing new challenges and barriers to becoming more sustainable, SMEs are identifying where and how they can be supported to overcome these barriers – indicating a key role to play for Europe's policymakers. Secondly, SMEs that adopt sustainable practices benefit from improved performance in key business results and gain greater resilience from external shocks. Considering that SMEs play a central role as the true engine of our economy, embracing a sustainable business model proves to be even more essential for building stronger communities - and our Sustainability Heroes are here to set a great example.
Our congratulations go out to the winners, and we are looking forward to the next event, which will be focused on Asian SMEs with our international partner, the UNDP.
