Tier One relocations is one of the prime owners of HSA. I wonder why they don’t share the technology? TECHNOLOGY DON’T MOVE PEOPLE, PEOPLE MOVE PEOPLE!
GOOGLE REVIEW
Tier One Relocation is the absolute worst company that I have dealt with in my military career. The DoD should sever all ties with this company. Tier One awards contracts to the lowest bidder and when something happens, they leave the burden on the servicemember even for low value items. This company's goal is to pay the servicemember the least amount possible for damaged and/or lost items. My most recent move and experience with Tier One has been the worst in 22 years. I would not recommend Tier One to anyone. If I could give them zero stars I would. Their claims department doesn't care and are not on your side when it's time to take responsibility for loss and/or damage. I've never had so many items lost or damaged. There were several items thrown into boxes without being wrappedand there were boxes improperly labeled or labeled as having items in them that were not there. Tier One is screwing the people that volunteered to fight for this country to enable their company to have a business in the first place. I am actively working to ensure that Tier One is removed from the DoD's list of movers and I will do everything in my power to ensure it happens. After reading all of the reviews, I am surprised Tier One is still in business but now I am not surprised with how I've been treated. This is how they do business and they have been getting away with it for years. When asked if there are any service providers that you do not want to use when starting your move, make sure that you list Tier One. They are all about their company and not servicemembers. Tier One wants servicemembers to elevate to the MCO so they don't have to accept responsibility. I can only imagine the financial hardship that this company causes for young families by denying claims which requires those families to purchase nevessary items all over again. I won't stop until I get this company removed from the list of approved vendors. This will save a lot of servicemembers pain and suffering in the future.
