I would like to share my morning #ballet #dance #exercise for #happiness and #health as an inspiration for ballet exercise first thing in the morning, just with a cup of coffee and milk for energy and without breakfast. This is a fictional fairy tale, #hopeful ballet, which I created myself and combined it with the romantic #music by Ottorino Respighi "Ancient Airs and Dances Suite 1" . This ballet is for October being National #ArtsandHumanitiesMonth, when it is encouraged to share and enjoy art. I am wearing a #pink #rose in my hair for October also being National #BreastCancerAwarenessMonth. I would like to mention that people may not accept sometimes something that is inherently ours, makes us unique and beautiful. And we have to believe in ourselves and ignore critical comments. For me this was my long hair. I love long hair since a girl, but my Mom always wanted me to cut it shorter, because she likes short hair and thought I will look better with short hair. In school, my classmates used to make fun of my long thick hair. These comments were hurtful, but later I realized that thick long hair is a natural gift and this is what makes me unique. This principle applies to #physical and #personality uniqueness. After all, #diversity and #uniqueness are beautiful! Now, as I ignore critical comments it seems people pick up on my attitude and compliment me on my long hair and the situation has reversed. Despite the physical impairments that these individuals have, they engage in daily physical training to improve their performance and increase their chances of winning. It is well known that the intense motor practices that elite athletes, musicians, or ballet dancers engage in induce both functional and structural plastic changes in their brains .The underlying property of these plastic changes is called experience- or use-dependent neural plasticity, which refers to fundamental neural properties leading to sustained functional and anatomical remodeling of different areas in the central nervous system. In the brains of Paralympic athletes, therefore, use-dependent plastic change is considered to occur because of the motor practices in which they are regularly involved.
