💙 Throwback to the day I had a Unilever certificate - UFLL 2023 💙 Unilever Future Leaders' League 2023 is the first contest in my student life. To be honest, I register because Unilever is my favorite company. When joining the Jumpstart phase, I learned so many lessons, not only the knowledge of a variety of careers (which are Customer Development, Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Marketing, and Leadership) but also gained real-life experiences when working at those jobs. The competition is an opportunity for me to step by step get closer to my dream company. In every single part of the sessions, I really enjoyed and comprehended what the guest speaker was sharing. All skills will help me to imagine what a job in real life is like and how can I apply that knowledge to my career. Furthermore, the 72-hour hackathon was stressful, At that time I was both looking for informations to solve the case and trying to understand what the case study was. I was so shocked and dizzy because of the first time I joined a case briefing. However, that was a great experience and I tried my best to finish that case. The moment I achieved the certificate of Jumpstart phase was my most emotional moment. It felt like my efforts over the past weeks have been recognized. Unfortunately, I didn't have a chance to take part in the top 30. But this flop will be my motivation to participate in Unilever's next competition. A new journey has been opened, a new goal, and a new ambition to achieve. Now, the top 5 are in the final round of the competition, I hope all teams will have successful results! Last but not least, I want to give a special thanks to Unilever Vietnam for making a wonderful competition and meaningful session which helped me to learn a lot of lessons and gain so much experience. I'm so appreciative of those days. That was a memorable memory of my life.

This month marks the beginning of my journey in a new role at Nestlé MYSG, where I'm privileged to lead the Direct Material team for the Foods, PBMS & Local Sourcing Category.
