Helping leaders ask better questions for greater social impact (via program evaluation, survey design, and more)
In 2017, the Women’s Foundation of Oregon produced an important report, titled Count Her In: https://lnkd.in/gRMbziB6. This report provided an expansive, actionable, and inclusive analysis of Oregon’s women and girls that served as a baseline and a call to action, a celebration of resilience, and an opportunity to do things differently for future Oregonians. The Women's Foundation is now in the process of shaping and designing the 10-year update to that report, aiming to create a research tool or report focused on anti-sexist, gender justice systems change. They are looking for input from anyone who used the previous report or might find the new report useful. If that might be you, please take 5 minutes to complete the form at the link below! https://lnkd.in/gq5PjBw3

Two things I feel passionately about, together and worthy of celebration! Love to see women taking on more roles in the energy sector, making our planet a happier, healthier place! And as a minority woman who owns two businesses myself, it makes me especially happy to see more women breaking boundaries and entering fields where they are not the majority. #womeninenergy #womenownedbusiness #minorityownedbusiness #lumixcpa #cpa

CEO, Principal at REV Global | Co-Founder of ayana Foundation | Fractional CMO & Advisor | Boosting Valuations, M&A, Partnerships & Business Transformation
This is my why. My "why" is simple: I believe in the power of empowered founders and businesses to change the world. That's why I'm passionate about both REV Global and ayana Foundation Here's how they fit into the bigger picture: * REV Global: At REV Global, we equip businesses with the tools and resources they need to thrive. Stronger businesses create more jobs, drive innovation, and fuel economic growth. This creates a ripple effect of positive change. * Ayana Foundation: The Ayana Foundation fosters a supportive community where founders can connect, share experiences, and learn from each other. Empowering and uplifting these individuals is key to their success, which translates into a wider impact on the world. Together, REV Global and ayana Foundation create a powerful ecosystem for impact. One provides the tools, the other fosters the connections. Both are necessary to empower founders and businesses to reach their full potential and drive positive change. This is my "why."
For #WHM, Lynn Fernando of Ayana Foundation discussed the importance of #inspiringinclusion, & encouraged the next generation of women to seek out support communities that provide access to funding and open up networks and connections. Watch now ↓
