In September, before the UN adopts the Pact For the Future with progressive programs to tackle global problems, it must realize that WARS have largely contributed to humanity's problems: poverty, displacements of people, permanent refugee camps, building destructions, environmental deterioration, and not to mention the injustice, inequality, and imbalance for humanity. Wars have not only bled the world economically but also inflicted victims with suffering physically and mentally while creating an unfair distribution of power and wealth throughout the globe. Until the UN deals with stopping the wars by changing its foundation and its rules, then the future could be brighter to tackle pressing global problems for everyone.

I imagine a world where we produce less, extract less and find happiness in less stuff, say goodbye to plastics and petroleum to a large degree, and give our precious, amazing world a chance to heal itself.

We got to know you quite well António Guterres since October 7. You have proved that anything you call a solution is at best suspect, but probably will exacerbate the problem it is supposed to solve. I think you give Kurt Waldheim serious competition as the most destructive and anti semitic Secretary General of the United Nations ever. And Kurt Waldheim was found out later to be literally a member of the Hitler Youth earlier in his life.

Effective global cooperation is increasingly critical to our survival but difficult to achieve in an atmosphere of mistrust, using outdated structures that no longer reflect today’s political and economic realities.

The UN was intended to protect those countries who would like to destroy other countries who does not follow their orders. The UN is group thugs who has no mercy or order to follow. They make the law as they go along.
