This author suggests that we’re living in a rare period in history where six generations are working together, from the octogenarians of the Silent Generation who are still in leadership roles to the teens of Generation Alpha, who are entering internships. We engage in partnerships with health and social care entities to assess health and well-being outcomes 🌍 Curious about our role in providing assistance? Here are some of our recent undertakings: ✅ Assessing the societal influence of audiology services. ✅ Appraising the effects of entire organisations. ✅ Computing the Social Return on Investment for an internship initiative focused on diversifying the NHS workforce. ✅ Crafting social value frameworks that enable social enterprises to spotlight the additional benefits that NHS Trusts can attain through their contracts. ✅ Offering guidance on gauging the impact of NHS grants provided to VCSE organisations. We are actively enabling these organisations to ascertain the influence their services exert on patients and communities 🤝💙

NEW REPORT: We spoke with dozens of folks at all levels in the mental health fields about the lack of BIPOC in the industry. Is a student's offer to work "for free" too good to be true? Maybe!
