#NewbornScreening (NBS) is one of the most successful public health programs of all time, yet current limitations create a significant #equity challenge nationwide. It is unacceptable for a baby’s health outcomes to depend on their birth state. Political intervention is crucial to ensure equitable access to screening for all newborns.
