Here are some best practices to consider: A. Clearly define the goals and objectives of the implementation. B. Involve key stakeholders from HR, IT and finance from the beginning. C. Assess, cleanse, and migrate data catalogs so that they are accurate, consistent, and provide the necessary information. D. Tailor Workday to the specific needs of the organization with functional configurations and customizations based on their requirements. E. Provide comprehensive training and develop a change management plan. F. Implement in phases, starting with core modules such as HR and payroll. G. Conduct thorough testing throughout the process. H. Establish procedures for ongoing support and maintenance. I. Don't forget training, evaluation, and documentation of the system. J.
