At a time when UPS is laying off thousands of good people and business results have been in extended doldrums, how much is the company spending on this campaign? What’s the firm ROI? Coco is cool and the small biz angle is important, but this seems like a tone deaf move from sr execs who are out of touch with what’s happening in the real business.
I am wanting to know what your drivers use for maps directions to deliver our shipments? I just had a package delivered to the WRONG ADDRESS! I can use Google Maps and Apple maps apps and get right to the address you should have delivered too! I am so upset with UPS! There is no reason at all!!!!!!!!!
