Why don’t the preloaders get any love or acknowledgement or appreciation from this company? In order for the drivers to do their jobs someone has to LOAD THE TRUCKS. And the preloaders get a lovely view of the warehouse, the belt, boxes. All the while being treated like crap and looked at as insignificant from the higher ups when in fact this company would not be up and running if not for the preloaders!! Pay them and treat them like human beings because they are ones running the company, NOT THE SUITS!!

Kindly consider the UPS experience below. 1. I embarked on a journey across the Atlantic on a three mast barque in October 2023, upon reaching the harbour of Saint Malo (France) I booked a UPS pick up for two bags containing my sailing and winter gear [01 April 2024]. I paid for the pick up online, the transporter never showed up and the pick up was never refunded.  2. I duly printed my etiquettes, I affixed them to my bags, secured them with duct tape, and took a taxi to bring the bags to an UPS pick up point. I used the list of addresses from the UPS website, it took the taxi three attempts before we reached an address that was actually an UPS pick up point, the list on the UPS website has not been actualized, hence a hefty taxi bill.  3. My bags were processed at the pick up point [02 April 2024], the bar codes were scanned and I could access online the delivery status of both bags, the two bar codes were scanned upon the bags' arrival in UPS' depot in Vienna. On 08 April 2024 UPS delivered only one of the two bags I sent, and someone had taped the second's bag etiquette next to the one on the first bag. UPS never followed up and my bag is still missing.

Now hire more drivers and add more routes so drivers can get home before 9pm every night.

I am wanting to know what your drivers use for maps directions to deliver our shipments? I just had a package delivered to the WRONG ADDRESS! I can use Google Maps and Apple maps apps and get right to the address you should have delivered too! I am so upset with UPS! There is no reason at all!!!!!!!!!
