Reflecting on a Wonderful Time at SCTE TechExpo 2024! We had a fantastic time attending #SCTE TechExpo 2024 in Atlanta, Georgia! A big thank you to everyone who attended the open panel session where our CCO, Andreas Bergman, participated on the topic: "From Residential to Multi-Service Fiber Access Networks". It was a great opportunity to explore how to deploy multigigabit #FWA and fiber access extension faster and more cost-effectively, using existing coax cables in #MDUs and #MoCA Access. This demonstration will showcase the operation principles of a deployed novel hybrid #opticalfiber cable. This cable consists of ultra-low loss standard single-mode fiber, hollow-core fiber, multi-core fiber, and sensing-enhanced fiber. We will show that the cable is able to support high-capacity data transport, low latency time-sensitive services, and highly sensitive distributed fiber sensing functions simultaneously by assigning tasks to appropriate fiber in the cable. I'm excited to share that at the IEEE expo'24 #SASI-ITE'24, I presented on LiFi technology, an innovative approach to internet connectivity. Unlike traditional methods that rely on radio frequencies, LiFi utilizes light waves to transmit data. By modulating the intensity of light emitted by LED bulbs, LiFi enables high-speed wireless communication, offering an alternative to crowded radio spectrum and enhancing security with its line-of-sight transmission. Its applications span various sectors, from indoor wireless networking in offices, hospitals, and schools to high-security environments where radio frequency interference is a concern. With its potential to revolutionize connectivity, LiFi represents a promising advancement in the field of wireless communication.What do you think about it??
