🌲 Christmas must have passed by, but we came across a thought. What If Santa Was a Recruiter? As the festive season twinkles around us, let's imagine a world where Santa Claus, our beloved figure of joy and generosity, decided to take on a new role: a recruiter. 🎅 Just like he spreads cheer every December, Recruiter Santa would bring an aura of positivity to the workplace. His legendary list-making skills would ensure no candidate or job opening is overlooked. Worldwide Network - With his experience in delivering gifts globally, Santa would undoubtedly have an impressive network, connecting professionals from the North Pole to the South Seas! 🌍 Always on Time - Known for his punctuality on Christmas Eve, Santa would ensure timely responses to applications and feedback, something every job seeker and employer appreciates! ⏳ Gift of Gifting Talents - Santa's knack for knowing exactly what people want translates perfectly into understanding what companies need in a candidate and what candidates seek in a career. 🎁 A Listener All Year Round - Santa wouldn't just appear during the holiday season; he'd be an all-year-round recruiter, always ready to lend an ear to career aspirations and organizational hiring needs. So, let's take a leaf out of Santa's book this festive season and approach our professional connections with the same warmth, cheer, and meticulous attention to detail. Who knows, maybe we all have a bit of Santa's recruiting spirit in us. 🎅 Feel free to share your thoughts or how you would add a festive touch to your profession! #hiring #jobs #christmas #recruiter #recruitment #symbiosis #symbiosiseserve #jobopportunity #HR

You know what??? Santa is real and he’s in HR. Observant, Finicky and Rewarding! 😅 Wish you all a very Happy Merry Christmas! And this random thought crossed my mind who is real Santa in professional world? Santa’s real, and he’s in HR. How? Just like any seasoned HR, Santa observes the children throughout the year (their activities, growth, efforts made to get in his good books) and then finally when the D-day arrives (Christmas Eve), he showers the good ones with gifts.🌈 Here is the similarity between Santa and any HR of the company: 1. Santa understands that dedication should be rewarded meaningfully. 2. Santa never fails to pay attention. 3. Santa understands the importance of a good management process. 4. Santa leaves children/employees with a simple roadmap for achievement. So, does Santa sound like a perfect HR?They are not only our “Secret Santa Claus” but are also so much more than that. So, Brightly's Santa (Talent Acquisition Professionals) are hiring for various technology roles. What are you waiting for? Share your CVs with us. #merrychristmas #celebration #culturematters #hiringalerts #happyemployees

Process Engineer & Business Analytics Master's Student | Data-Driven | Decision-Making & Process Transformation.
Today, I celebrated my birthday for the fifth consecutive year surrounded by tons of flowers while working in operations during the high season. Working in operations has helped me develop crucial skills that have helped me in my professional and personal growth. Now that I am working in a different role as a business analyst, where I pull numbers, create dashboards, and analyze the business from a different perspective, I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to have been immersed in operations during the high season. After supporting several Valentine’s and Mother’s Day holidays, I can say that being immersed in operations has helped me develop important skills. Organization: The success of shipping over 130,000 buckets of flowers on time, with high quality and zero rejections, emphasizes the importance of having strong organizational skills. Proper organization is crucial in effectively managing workflows, schedules, resources, and teams. This involves prioritizing tasks, delegating responsibilities efficiently, and ensuring seamless operations to meet production goals and deadlines. Communication: Clear and effective communication is essential for overseeing the production plant. This involves conveying information, listening to understand concerns, providing feedback, resolving conflicts, and fostering collaboration among team members. Problem-solving: One of the most thrilling aspects of operations is undertaking unexpected challenges, even after taking all the necessary precautions. To do so, it is essential to analyze the issues, find their underlying causes, and devise effective solutions. This demands critical thinking, decision-making skills, and the ability to adjust to ever-changing circumstances. Last but not least, taking a break from my desk for a few weeks and getting involved in the day-to-day operations of the business helps me stay grounded and humble. This experience is incredibly valuable to me. Although I am passionate about data and love analyzing numbers, spending time with the employees who run the business, hearing their stories, and learning from them gives me a unique perspective on the company that I wouldn't have otherwise. Here's to many more working birthdays! ✨💐✨💐✨

Happy August, my birthday month! 🎂 What started as a simple idea has now become a tradition – celebrating the entire month. I take this time to stop, reflect, and enjoy moments with friends and family. Here’s to a month full of joy and memories! "Age is merely the number of years the world has been enjoying you. Cheers to another fabulous year!" In the gift of celebration and reflection, here are a few tips that can transfer to the work environment: 1. Celebrate Milestones: Just as we celebrate birthdays, it's important to acknowledge and celebrate professional achievements and milestones. 2. Recognize both individual and team successes to boost morale and motivation. 3. Take Time to Reflect: Use this time to reflect on your professional journey. Assess your goals, achievements, and areas for improvement. Reflection helps in setting clear objectives and strategic planning. 4. Build and Strengthen Relationships: Whether it's with family, friends, or colleagues, nurturing relationships is key. Take the opportunity to connect with your team, network with peers, and build a supportive professional community. 5. Find Joy in Your Work: Just as we find joy in personal celebrations, seek joy and fulfillment in your work. Passion and enthusiasm can significantly enhance productivity and job satisfaction. Let’s make this month a time for celebration, reflection, and growth. Here's to continuous learning and professional development!

“ᴛᴏ ᴍᴀᴋᴇ ᴀ ᴅɪꜰꜰᴇʀᴇɴᴄᴇ ɪɴ ᴘᴇᴏᴘʟᴇ'ꜱ ʟɪᴠᴇꜱ.” 🔆 Health Insurance Specialist | Certified Will Planner | MDRT AMBASSADOR | HNW Prestige Senior Wealth Manager | IDA Qualifier
Happy weekend! 🩷😇 Here are 3 reasons why i love to celebrate my client's birthday: Strengthening Personal Connections: Celebrating my client’s birthday allows me to connect with them on a personal level, moving beyond the professional relationship. This personal touch helps build a deeper bond, fostering trust and understanding. Enhancing Client Loyalty: By acknowledging and celebrating their special day, i make my clients feel valued and appreciated. This recognition can significantly enhance their loyalty as they see that i care about them as individuals, not just as sources of revenue. Creating Positive Experiences: Celebrating birthdays creates positive and memorable experiences for my clients. Most importantly, i love to see them smile, hear their laughter and enjoy their presence. 😁

There is not a better dual-threat product manager & technical leader on the job market right now than Assel Li. From taking our Attack Surface product at SecurityScorecard to market (https://lnkd.in/eGtA2g6X), building the threat intelligence brand and trust internally at SSC before we made it public, to contributing insights on our investigations with her data science background and ability to speak multiple languages used by threat actors, Assel Li is a multi-faceted hacker (in both the product and cyber sense), versatile leader, data-driven planner, and effective communicator. Arctic Wolf will be worse off without her, but you will prosper with her on your team. #cybersecurity #threatintel #managedrisk
My employment with Arctic Wolf was terminated last week. If your team is looking to 1. Brainstorm on a strategy 2. Scale and expand into new markets and user personas 3. Have a path defined with tactics on building/buying/borrowing/de-prioritizing hit me up! P.S. my start date for full-time and part-time work is from mid-november upon returning from maternity leave

Four lessons learnt in four years 💡 As we celebrate our 4th birthday today, we’re reflecting on some key lessons that have guided our success: 🧍♀️Prioritise your team and suppliers: Treat your staff and suppliers like your most valued clients. Celebrate small wins, prioritise mental health, and invest in professional growth. A strong team is the foundation of any thriving business. 🚶♀️Know when to walk away: As a small business, it may feel counterintuitive to turn down work. However, if there’s no mutual respect or a client is making your job unnecessarily difficult, it’s better to part ways. Your team’s worth is undeniable—you hired them for a reason. 👑 Value your worth: In the early days, it’s tempting to take every opportunity - but don’t undersell yourself. Be selective and confident in the value that you bring. 💪 Maintain strong relationships: While it’s not always possible to avoid burning bridges, it’s crucial to nurture the relationships that matter. Word of mouth is a powerful tool, and our growth has been fueled by the recommendations of partners, clients, and suppliers. Thank you for being a part of our journey and here’s to what the next four years may bring 💫 Kirsten Samantha Roos | Samantha Thomas | Lavina Naidoo | T.Y Hlangwane
