⏰Are you ready for the SB 553 legislative mandate? Effective July 1, 2024, this legislation mandates that many employers in the state of California must implement a Workplace Violence Prevention Plan (WVPP). Key components of WVPP include: • Workplace procedures. • Incident logging. • Staff training. • Recordkeeping.
