Peacock Streaming service For NFL playoffs are another paywall that brings barriers to the simplistic format of streamline entertainment. Playoff football should not be under this Pay-Per View umbrella that confuses and complicates others to when it comes to sports. This format will later expand potentially allowing a Super-Bowl that requires a pay wall as well, showing the trajectory in which sports are going from.

As someone who double majored in broadcast journalism and sports administration, I've always seen the connective tissue between the future of entertainment being in sports broadcasting and live sports. It's no surprise that every streamer is looking for their live sports or league license. There's a necessity for sports to the growth, retention, and sustainability of streamers. It's exciting to see who will emerge from the crowd when licenses for major sporting events like the NBA or NFL games come up. And let's not forget about the churn that may occur after these events go to streaming. 📊 3F Superliga Viewership Insights 2023/2024 📊 Out of the 15.6 million viewers tuning into the 3F Superliga this season, the Capital Region leads the way, accounting for approximately one-third of the total viewership. Meanwhile, North Jutland represents the smallest share with around 8% of the viewers – however, it should be noted that North Jutland only accounts for 10% of the population. Out of the five regions, only Central Jutland and Zealand boast a higher proportion of viewers relative to their population.
