AMAZON , Don’t destroy AMAZON Our forests are disappearing at an alarming rate. Over the past few decades, we've witnessed the devastating impact of deforestation, with millions of acres of lush, vibrant ecosystems being cleared for various purposes. This alarming trend not only destroys the natural habitats of countless species but also contributes to climate change, soil erosion, and the disruption of vital water cycles. It's time we take action to protect and restore our precious forests and oceans and finally Earth before it's too late. NATO or other Organizations are also responsible for protecting our forests and oceans and all humanity with peace . They should respect to all thoughts without considering racism and finally developing to keep our planet Earth . We have no other place to live as alternative except Earth . Let’s young leaders control future of our planet. NATO and Organization are responsible to bring peace not to manufacturing war guns and tools . We are all in one ship . Please don’t make hole our ship .

During our Black Leadership Job Board Launch webinar, Robin Landman OBE discussed black talent and the reluctance to actively seek it out. "There is no dearth of black talent, but there is a reluctance to go looking for it. And I would say that often organisations that think there is no black talent overlook that fact that black people don't want to be the only person on a learship team in an organisation." "The truth will set you free, but first it will piss you off." - Gloria Steinem It's an incontrovertible truth that contributions of Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic (BAME) staff are often undervalued, leading to systemic inequities and underrepresentation. The undervaluation of BAME staff in the housing sector has far-reaching implications for both individuals and organisations. From a human perspective, it perpetuates feelings of marginalisation, exclusion, and disempowerment among BAME employees. From an organisational perspective the underutilisation of BAME talent stifles innovation, creativity, and effectiveness. By neglecting to leverage the diverse perspectives and experiences of BAME staff, housing organisations miss out on opportunities to better serve their communities and address complex challenges. I have been fortunate enough to be enrolled on the Leadership Now Programme run by GatenbySanderson, Rosie Gunn in partnership with UNIFY Network, Anthony Were. The Leadership Now Programme is committed to greater leadership diversity in the sector, through a blend of workshops, coaching and leadership profiling. The programme has been hugely instrumental in encouraging me to step outside of my comfort zone, shift mindset and build and strengthen my networks. Only through collective action and sustained commitment can the industry overcome systemic inequities and create a more equitable and inclusive future.
