If I had to start from SCRATCH in a completely new Industry tomorrow, here's the top three companies I would set up, on a budget 💡🇮🇪🔥👍 ☑️A personal branding agency. I would focus on getting 10-12 high ticket clients (Founders, CEOs etc from industries which I have an interest in). Build out their on-line & offline personal brand. Could easily be a nice €100-150k a year lifestyle business 💡💰 I would hire one part time administrative assistant. ☑️A construction management company focusing on small to medium sized contracts. I would hire someone experienced in construction, who wants off the tools, but may not have the marketing abilities or general know-how to set out on their own. Have them act as project manager. Outsource all trade jobs. Lean in to the vacant property grant type of work which many larger contractors are turning their nose up at 💡 ☑️Property Consultancy. Snagging of new builds. Preparing properties for getting sold with cleaning, furniture, staging. Tidying up & powerwashing the exteriors. Window cleaning. One stop Shop. Would be great for growing a network of contacts In the property space etc. What would you do if you had to start from scratch, with all the knowledge & contacts youve built up over the years? 🤔🔥💡🇮🇪
