Innovation and Creative Intelligence At the beginning of June I started a Diploma in Innovation (Part Time) at University of Technology Sydney alongside my main degree. I learned many new skills over the intense 3 week program which expanded my way of thinking and thinking as an innovator. Innovation is a niche skill which is one of the most valuable in the market today. As a student engineer, when I was offered this opportunity I was in a kerfuffle. On one hand it's a great opportunity to further myself in the market and on another hand was the disbelief that I will have to study more. I played out various scenarios and after weighing the pros and cons I decided to take up the offer. After completing the first session I can strongly say that I have made a good decision. I wanted to thank my wonderful subject coordinators Albert Ong, Paul J Brown for helping me think more creatively as a person and supporting me on entrepreneurship plans for the future.
