Congratulations UWC Class of 2024! 🥇🏅၂၀၂၂ ခုနှစ်ပညာသင်နှစ်မှာ UWC ပညာသင်ဆုအရွေးချယ်ခံရပြီးလို့ High School IB Diploma ရရှိသွားပြီဖြစ်တဲ့ UWC Class of 2024 ကျောင်းသူကျောင်းသား တွေအားလုံးဟာ မကြာမီမှာတော့ အမေရိကန်နိုင်ငံမှာရှိတဲ့ ကောလိပ်နဲ့ တက္ကသိုလ် အသီးသီးမှာ ဘွဲ့ကြိုဒီဂရီကို ပညာသင်ဆုအပြည့်အဝနဲ့ သွားရောက်ပညာဆက်လက်သင်ယူကြတော့မှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ UWC ဆိုတာဘာလဲ။ UWC ဆိုတာကတော့ တစ်ခုတည်းသော နိုင်ငံတကာပညာရေးလှုပ်ရှားမှုဖြစ်ပြီး ကမ္ဘာအရပ်ရပ်က ကျောင်းသူကျောင်းသားတွေကို လူမျိုးရေး၊ ဘာသာရေး၊ နိုင်ငံရေးခွဲခြားမှုမရှိပဲ ထူးချွန်မှုနဲ့ ငွေကြေးထည့်ဝင်နိုင်မှုပေါ်မှုတည်ပြီးရွေးချယ်ကာ ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးနဲ့နိုင်ငံတကာနားလည်မှုတွေတိုးပွားအောင် မြှင့်တင်ပေးတဲ့ ပညာရေးအစီအစဉ်တစ်ခုဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ UWC ရဲ့ ပညာရေးဆိုင်ရာ စံနှုန်းတွေဟာ သင့်ရဲ့ ပညာရေး၊ ကိုယ်ကျင့်တရား၊ လူမှုရေးနဲ့ စိတ်ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာအားလုံး တိုးတက်အောင်ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးဖို့ အခြေတည်ထားတာတဲ့စံနှုန်းတွေပဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ UWC ကျောင်းသားတစ်ဦးအနေနဲ့ ပြောင်းလဲမှုကိုလှုံ့ဆော်နိုင်ဖို့ ရဲရင့်တဲ့လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်၊ ကိုယ်ကျိုးမဖက်တဲ့ ခေါင်းဆောင်မှုနဲ့ ဂရုတစိုက်နားထောင်ခြင်းအားဖြင့် ဘယ်လိုသင်ယူရမလဲဆိုတဲ့ နည်းလမ်းတွေကိုပါ လေ့လာရမှာပဲဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ UWC မှာဆိုရင် လူငယ်တွေဟာ သူတို့အနာဂတ်အတွက် ဘယ်လိုသက်မွေးဝမ်းကျောင်းလမ်းကိုပဲ ရွေးချယ်ပါစေ သူတို့ရဲ့ပင်ကိုယ်စွမ်းရည်တွေနဲ့ အင်အားတွေကို လှုမှုပတ်ဝန်းကျင် တိုးတက်ပြောင်းလဲမှုတွေ လုပ်ဆောင်ရန်အတွက် ကောင်းမွန်စွာအသုံးချနိုင်အောင် လှုံ့ဆော်ပေးတဲ့အစီအစဉ်ပဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ UWC ပညာသင်ဆု အကြောင်း ပိုမိုသိရှိလိုပါက mm.uwc.org မှာဝင်ရောက်လေ့လာနိုင်ပါတယ်။

UWC Scholarship Entry 2024 is open! မြန်မာကျောင်းသူ ကျောင်းသားများအတွက် နှစ်စဥ်နှစ်တိုင်း ပညာသင်ဆု ပေးလေ့ရှိတဲ့ UWC International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) ကို စတင်လျှောက်လို့ ရပါပြီ။ UWC ကျောင်းတွေဟာဆိုရင် သာမန် အထက်တန်း ပညာရေးထက်ပိုတဲ့ လူမျိုးပေါင်းစုံ ယှဉ်တွဲနေထိုင်ရေး Diversity ၊ Sustainability နဲ့ Community Engagement စတဲ့ UWC Values တွေကို အလေးထားတဲ့ ကျောင်းသားတွေကို နှစ်စဥ် မွေးထုတ်ပေးနေတာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ 📂 What is IB Diploma Program? IB Diploma Program ဆိုတာကတော့ ကျောင်းသူ ကျောင်းသားတွေအတွက် High School Curriculum တင်မဟုတ်ပဲ lifetime အတွက်လိုအပ်တဲ့ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်တတ်မှု၊ ခေါင်းဆောင်မှုစတဲ့ အရည်အချင်းတွေကိုပါ ပြင်ဆင်ပေးတဲ့ သင်ရိုးညွှန်းတမ်းတခု ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ IB Diploma Program ကိုတော့ IBDP Year-1နှင့် IBDP Year-2 ဆိုပြီး (၂) နှစ် တက်ရောက်ရပါတယ်။ ✅-Subjects in IB-✅ IB မှာ Core Subjects (၃) ခု နှင့် Subject Area (၆) ခုရှိပါတယ်။ Core Subject တွေကတော့ Theory of Knowledge, Extended Essay နဲ့ CAS (Creativity, Activity, Service) project တို့ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ Subject Area ခြောက်ခုကတော့- 1️⃣ Studies in Language and Literature 2️⃣ Language Acquisition 3️⃣ Individuals and Societies 4️⃣ Sciences 5️⃣ Maths 6️⃣ Arts IBDP Year 2 ပြီးရင်တော့ IB Diploma ချီးမြှင့်ခြင်းခံရမှာဖြစ်ပြီး IB Diploma နဲ့အတူ တကမ္ဘာလုံးမှာရှိ တဲ့ အဆင့်မြင့်တက္ကသိုလ်တွေကို apply လုပ်လို့ရနိုင်ပါတယ်။ UWC ကိုလျှောက်ထားနိုင်မယ့် နည်းလမ်း နှစ်မျိုး ရှိပါတယ်။ 1️⃣ Global Selection Process(GSP) 2️⃣ National Committee (NC) 🔵 Global Selection Process (GSP) နဲ့ လျှောက်မယ်ဆိုရင် (၁၈) ကျောင်းထဲကမှ မိမိနှစ်သက်ရာ UWC ကျောင်းကို ရွေးပြီး လျှောက်ထားနိုင်ပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမယ့် GSP နဲ့လျှောက်ထားမယ်ဆိုရင် scholarship နဲ့ financial assistance ရမှာ မဟုတ်ဘဲ မိမိ budget နဲ့ school fees ပေးရမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ GSP နဲ့ လျှောက်ထားဖို့ စိတ်၀င်စားတယ်ဆိုရင် apply.uwc.org ကိုသွားပြီး GSP (Global Selection Process) ကိုရွေးချယ်ပြီး လျှောက်ထားနိုင်ပါတယ်။ GSP လျှောက်မယ်ဆိုရင် appliction deadline မရှိတဲ့အတွက် တနှစ်ပတ်လုံး မိမိအဆင်ပြေတဲ့အချိန် လျှောက်ထားနိုင်ပါတယ်။ 🔵 National Committee ဆိုတာကတော့ နိုင်ငံပေါင်း ၁၅၀ ကျော်မှာရှိပြီး နှစ်စဥ် UWC ကျောင်းသား ရွေးချယ်ရေး process ကို လုပ်ပြီး၊ UWC ကျောင်းတွေကို တင်ပေးပါတယ်။ UWC Myanmar National Committee ကတော့ ၂၀၁၀ ကတည်းက UWC ကျောင်းသားရွေးချယ်မှုကို စတင်ခဲ့တဲ့ non-profit organisation တစ်ခုဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ Myanmar NC ဟာဆိုရင် UWC alumni တွေ၊ volunteers တွေနဲ့ ဖွဲ့ စည်းထားတာဖြစ်ပြီး UWC ကျောင်းတွေမှာ မြန်မာကျောင်းသားတွေ တက်ရောက်နိုင်ဖို့ selection process ကို နှစ်စဉ် လုပ်ဆောင်ပေးတာပဲဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ UWC Scholarship ရရှိပါက ကောင်းမွန်တဲ့ IB program ကိုသင်ယူခွင့်ရမယ့် အပြင် cultural understanding နဲ့ personal growth အတွေ့အကြုံတွေ ရရှိနိုင်တာဖြစ်တဲ့အတွက် သတ်မှတ်ချက်ကိုက်ညီသူ အားလုံးကို လျှောက်ထားဖို့ တိုက်တွန်းပါတယ်။ Apply link: https://lnkd.in/gWw8pN-F Deadline: January 14, 2024 Entry Year 2024 ကိုလျှောက်ဖို့အတွက် ရရှိနိုင်တဲ့ ပညာသင်ဆု အမျိုးအစားနဲ့ လိုအပ်ချက်တွေကို အောက်ပါလင့်ခ်မှာ ဝင်ရောက်လေ့လာနိုင်ပါတယ်။ Link: https://lnkd.in/gv7exP9V
