World where performance reviews, your AI is so good that it actually can collect data based on people's meeting calendars, based on objectives that were set, based on looking at feedback that is provided in actually produce the mechanical part of a report that's reasonable. Yeah. And then the people leader could then use all of that data. So we have more fact based reports now on people's performance and then the people leader could then actually use that to add this special sauce of the conversation etcetera. I think that's like incredibly likely to be the kind of thing that happens. Yeah, rather than starting from a blank. You're saying like, ohh, what's the feedback I need to give this person? You get basically a first draft already created based on a series of inputs that you're able to put in. And then yeah, you kind of think of the So what based on the based on the draft. And then how do I have this conversation with this person? How do I help them process this information and make whatever improvements are needed? And so rather than spending two hours gathering all the data and prepping everything, you know, you spend a good 45 minutes thinking of how to apply it and then the impact of the conversation is so much higher. So much fun. It's like so much more fun and impactful on both people's heart, right? So exciting. I know many people that would be happy not to be writing performance reports from. Yeah, amazing. Yeah.

Really enjoyed the chance to join General Atlantic's Human Capital Conference share my thoughts on how GenAI can power a personalized work coach for anyone. The talent development space is experiencing an increasingly rapid adoption of AI. We’re moving away from L&D chatbots with automated responses, to “context-aware interactions that mirror the insights and empathy of human coaches.” Already, more than 1 in 4 companies have rolled out new AI tools for L&D.
