2️⃣ Stay Hydrated
Water is crucial for digestion. Aim for at least 8 glasses a day to keep things moving smoothly and prevent constipation.
3️⃣ Introduce probiotics
Introduce probiotic-rich foods like yoghurt, kefir, and sauerkraut. Probiotics enhance gut flora, aiding in better digestion and reducing bloating. Remember prebiotic foods like garlic, onions, and bananas! Prebiotics feed the good bacteria, helping them thrive.
4️⃣ Mindful Eating
Slow down and savour your meals. Chew your food thoroughly to ease the digestive process and minimise bloating.
5️⃣ Limit Processed Foods
Cut down on processed and sugary treats. These can disrupt the balance of gut bacteria, leading to discomfort.
